The Whittingham Agencies of Liberty National-Worksite Division is expanding due to back-to-back years of record market growth across the nation. Our team makes a strong, positive impact in the community by partnering with Business Owners to provide employee benefits at no cost, while also supporting families during times of need. We are looking for professional, highly ambitious, and motivated leaders to join our team and implement our vision, mission, and core values. Compensation averages between $60,000 - $80,000 in the first year, with uncapped commission.Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners utilizing our state-of-the-art SalesForce platform
• Consult with business owners & HR directors about needed employee benefit programs
• Utilize proven company systems to partner with businesses and their employees
• Provide benefit enrollment services for business organizations
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly production and growth goals
• Communicate and plan weekly activity in partnership with the leadership team
• Follow established activity model for success
• Represent the company professionally
• Maintain good organization and communication skills
• Travel locally as required for the positionRequirements
