Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent in
Alabama.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound surveys and accurately record responses
Work remotely and maintain a flexible schedule within specified
hours
Handle calls professionally and enter data into the survey
software
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with accuracy
Must provide own equipment including a laptop, headset, and
webcam
Dedicated, quiet workspace free of distractions
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including
one weekend shift
