possible.Job Description:Due to significant growth, we are
currently seeking qualified and passionate Behavior Analysts
(BCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA) to work with individuals, staff, and
families utilizing the theories and procedures of Applied Behavior
Analysis. The ideal candidate for this position must be board
certified in one of these certifications, a genuine passion for
working with individuals and their families, flexibility and a
philosophy for a team work environment.Job Responsibilities:BCBA
provides evidence-based behavior analytic ABA services to assigned
patientsComplete individualized ABA assessments for assigned
patientsCollect and analyze ABA data by the BCBACreate and revise
functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments,
data collection and observation as well as evidence-based
interventionsCollaborate with families and other providersComplete
and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and
reauthorizationSupervise and provide ongoing training to behavior
therapists and Registered Behavior TechniciansPossibly supervise
assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if
applicable)Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree
per certification levelBCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA certification by the
BACBQuality technical skills and passion for quality
servicesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and
writtenOrganized and flexibleExcellent time management
