• Certification Details
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, Tech Cert Verification, HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification required as per the facility's standards.
• Must indicate correct spelling of candidates full legal name on certifications.
  • Job Details
  • Independently performs computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
  • Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
  • Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner.
  • Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs.
  • May have on call responsibilities.
    • Job Requirements
    • CPR Certification required.
    • ARRT RT (R) registry required.
    • CT registry preferred.
    • ODH licensure required.
      • Additional Details
      • I9 required per contract.
      • Subcontractors - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required.
      • Government Issued Photo ID is required.
      • Everify required per contract.
      • Proof of Name Change documentation required if the candidate has a different name on their documents.
      • Residency Declaration Form required where applicable.
