Job Description:
A company is looking for an Independent Contractor, Coordinator
(Clinical Strategy and Solutions) in Program Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, follow-up, and scheduling for virtual and live
workshops
Track and maintain communication with target sites and attendees in
a dashboard
Coordinate with clients and vendors for meeting logistics and
updates
Required Qualifications
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing
circumstances
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in using Outlook and tracking tools for recruitment
management
Familiarity with healthcare or clinical environments is
preferred
Experience in coordinating meetings and events is advantageous
