• Certification Details
• A variety of certifications may be required, as specified by the facility. All requirements related to these, as well as information on verification of each, have been removed for privacy.
  • Job Details
  • 48 or 36 hours per week.
  • Targeted patient ratios are 1:7.
  • Unit consists of 20-21 beds, operating more like a 'nursing home' setting.
  • No telemetry monitoring, no blood products, no Bipap if it's not long term.
  • For 48-hour contracts, OT is paid out after 48 hours.
    • Job Requirements
    • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
    • BLS - must be able to read and interpret strips.
    • Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.
    • 1.5 years experience, experience in a level 1 or 2 trauma center preferred.
    • Travel experience preferred.
    • EPIC experience required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion.
      • Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters.
      • Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients.
        • The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care.
          • Additional Details
          • RTO (Requested Time Off) with initial submittal; no RTO will be added after the offer.
          • RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion.
