Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter for Emergency
Medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
Network and communicate with candidates, conduct interviews, and
maintain relationships
Document candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and
generate reports
Plan and coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising
campaigns and follow-up correspondence
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of recruiting experience
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM
Familiarity with trade show coordination related to recruiting
efforts
Ability to perform duties in an organized and efficient manner
