office-based outpatient treatment for the America s crisis of

suffering from opioid and alcohol addictions. We're accomplishing
this by providing high-quality medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
led by physicians and licensed medical providers. We believe that

discriminate. We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner for
our outpatient substance abuse treatment center located in
Lafayette, IN! This position entails the initiation and maintenance
of medication assisted treatment primarily, but not exclusively for
opioid and alcohol dependence. Benefits --- Work/Life Balance No
