• Practice Detail: ENT with a fellowship in Head & Neck
• EMR System: Athena in the office/Sunrise in the hospital
• Facility: Brownsburg & Carmel offices, St. Vincent 86th & Surgery Center of Carmel for surgeries

    • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
    • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.Education:
