Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,906 per week

• Certification Details
• AHA ACLS for all RN's except L&D, not required for LPN's
• BLS required for all clinical positions
• PALS required for Emergency Department, PACU
• NRP required for L&D, Post-Partum, Nursery, and Neonatal units
• TNCC required for Emergency Department
• EFM required for L&D
• State License verification required

  • 48 or 36 hours schedule
    • Job Requirements
    • 1.5 years experience, experience in a level 1 or 2 preferred
    • Travel experience preferred
    • EPIC experience required
    • Online EKG tele competency assessment before starting
    • BLS - must be able to read and interpret strips
    • Nurses will be fitted for N95 or use PAPR if needed
      • Schedule Information
      • Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine
      • For 48-hour contracts, overtime is paid out after 48 hours
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Details: Med Surg unit, general surgery patient focus
        • Medical overflow and stable cardiac telemetry patients care
        • RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients
          • Additional Details
          • I9 required per contract
          • Subcontractors - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required
          • Government Issued Photo ID is required
          • Everify required per contract
          • Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives
