• Certification Details
• BLS, ACLS certifications are required for the position under AHA guidelines.
• Ninety percent or 9-panel drug screening required.
  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse position available in Dayton, OH under Premier Health Partners.
  • Will work at PHP Miami Valley Hospital.
  • Unit specializes in patients with burn injuries, muscle flaps, and head and neck surgeries.
  • Patients are both ICU and Adv Care with wound nurses handling extensive burn wound dressings.
  • Agency nurse will not be asked to do burn dressings.
  • Unit may use a team nursing model to improve workload and patient care.
  • Nurses may function in team nursing or primary nursing depending on unit needs.
    • Job Requirements
    • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
    • BLS and ACLS required.
    • Vent and telemetry experience required.
    • Must be able to start IVs.
    • Fitted for N95 before working on the unit, unless PAPR is offered/needed.
    • 2 years hospital experience preferred, level 1 or 2 a plus.
    • Travel experience preferred.
    • EPIC experience required.
      • Schedule Information
      • 13-week contract length.
      • Traveler must work every other weekend/holiday.
      • Cancellation options reserved by Premier Health for low census shifts per contract.
      • Premier Health may cancel contract with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
        • Additional Details
        • Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion.
        • Floated nurses will be given medically appropriate assignments or support the care team.
