Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Provider Directory
Validation Assistant to support healthcare quality data
collection.
Key Responsibilities
Contact healthcare provider offices to verify and update directory
information
Maintain accurate records of provider details, including
specialties and accepted insurance plans
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and
provide progress reports to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in
healthcare administration is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service or telephone-based role
is preferred
Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office
software
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
