• Responsible for daily operations to maintain Quality standards and project timelines, including execution of analytical testing, drug product testing, and drug substance testing, coordination with stakeholders and communication with leadership.-- --
• Responsible for leading a team of 6-8 people.
• Responsible for collaboration with internal external Catalent stakeholders and external clients to complete analytical testing and qualification work, maintain effective and efficient processes, and ensure appropriate test directives are established and followed.
• Responsible for analytical method expertise within department.
• Responsible for revenue reporting and billing.
• Other duties as assigned.--The Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences required.
  • Minimum of 2 years laboratory experience.
  • 10 years GMP experience or other regulated industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • Biologics-specific experience highly preferred.
  • Background in analytical chemistry highly preferred.
